Another successful year for Butterflies.

Ann Rushworth finished at Christmas after starting the group twelve years ago.

A collection from mums, carers and helpers enabled us to make a presentation of two gift vochers and a plant at the Christmas Party to Ann with thanks for everything she has done.

Donna Cook one of our mums agreed to help out on the craft side until Easter. Alison, Val, Malcolm, Jean, John and Kate a friend of Eve’s have continued to help. Many thanks to them all.

Butterflies galore were made at a sponsored Butterfly afternoon, cakes, biscuits etc. £300 was raised for St Mary’s Refurbishment Fund.

There is a current waiting list of about fourteen.

After Easter Alison will help me with the craft activities and we are looking forward to another good year.
